Angelica Chavez, FNP-C, is an experienced aesthetic nurse practitioner and the founder of The Beauty Fix Med Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. With over a 15 years in medical aesthetics, Angelica is known for her precise, anatomy-based approach and her commitment to natural, balanced results. Her practice blends advanced injectable techniques with regenerative and biologic treatments, focusing on facial structure, skin quality, and long-term rejuvenation rather than trends or overfilling. Angelica specializes in strategic use of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, adipose-derived matrices, PRF/PRF-Gel, and advanced growth factor therapies. A cornerstone of her work is ultrasound-guided assessment and injection, allowing for safer treatment planning—especially in complex or previously treated areas. Whether assisting with treatments or ensuring a warm and welcoming environment, Elizabeth is committed to making every client’s experience exceptional. Currently, as a newly licensed RN, Elizabeth is interning with The Beauty Fix to further develop her expertise, with aspirations of becoming a skilled injector in the future. Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, often hosting gatherings where she can showcase her love for cooking and entertaining. With a natural curiosity and drive for growth, she is excited to continue learning and evolving in the dynamic world of aesthetics.

Chanel brings a calm, thoughtful, and patient-centered approach to every visit. Her love for beauty and skincare began early, growing up with sisters and naturally evolved into a passion for medical aesthetics. With a background in high-acuity nursing and the CVICU, Chanel is trained to stay composed under pressure, think critically, and prioritize safety and precision at all times. This foundation allows her to create a space where patients feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. She also has a strong interest in the operating room, with a long-term goal of working alongside a plastic surgeon—combining both injectables and surgical experience.
